When do I need a hard copy?
Certified translations: Most organizations accept an electronic certified translation. Order a hard copy if the organization receiving your translation specifically requires the original paper translation bearing the translator’s stamp and signature.
ICBC translations: You do not need to order a hard copy. Upstream provides the required translation documents electronically.
Non-certified translations: A hard copy is normally unnecessary unless you specifically require a printed copy or the recipient has requested one.
